If you want to make this cookie in a cast iron skillet, halve the recipe depending on the size of the pan.

Step 1:
Get your oven preheated to 375° F.
Step 2:
Combine your ingredients. For a more complex taste to your cookie, brown your butter in a pan before adding it to the mix.
Step 3:
A batch of cookies with this recipe should cook in about 10 minutes.
Depending on the width of the cast iron you may have used, you will want to keep the cookie in there for another 7 minutes at least.
Keep in mind the cookie will continue to cook after removed as the cast iron retains heat very well.
